CALL FOR BIDS – RENOVATION OF BUILDING FOR 3D OPERATIONS
Katalemwa Cheshire Home invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the Renovation of a Building for 3D Operations.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding, a procedure contained in the KCH Finance Policy and Procedures Manual and the Government of Uganda’s PPDA Act, 2003. The bidding process is open to all eligible bidders.
Bid Submission and Building Inspection
Submission of bids and inspection of the building will take place from:
March 03rd, 2026 to March 13th, 2026
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information including a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) from the Katalemwa Cheshire Home Head Offices and submit their bidding documents at the same address below, between 10:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Evaluation Period
March 16th, 2026 to March 20th, 2026

March 25th, 2026
Mandatory Requirements
Interested companies should submit the following documents:
- Company Certificate of Incorporation
- Valid Trading Licence
- Company Profile including but not limited to:
- Official Company Name
- Physical and Postal Address
- Description of Services Offered
- Relevant Experience
- At least Two (2) References
- Confirmation of Bankers
Failure to submit any of the required documents may lead to disqualification.
