TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF DISABILITY FRIENDLY PIT LATRINES IN GULU AND AMURU DISTRICTS.
Katalemwa Cheshire Home is interested in suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for purposes of construction and renovation of disability friendly pit latrines in Gulu and Amuru districts as per the attached BOQs and drawings.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the closed sealed bidding; a procedure contained in the KCH Finance policy and procedures manual as well as the government of Uganda’s PPDA Act 2003 and is open to all bidders.
1. Interested eligible bidders should access bid from the Katalemwa Cheshire Home Website(www.katalemwacheshirehome.org)
2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be picked by bidders at the address in No.7 below.
3. Bid submission must be delivered and deposited in the Procurement office of address in No.7 below, before 5:00PM Ugandan local time clearly marked KCH/WRKS/2026/01, late bids shall be rejected.
4. Those with PPDA registration certificates will be an added advantage.
5. All applicants must indicate name and address (Postal, Physical location and telephone contact) of the firm and must be accompanied with copies of;
- i. Certificate of registration/ incorporation
- ii. Trading license for the year 2026.
- iii. Valid income tax clearance certificate
- iv. Bankers and audited finance reports for the last 2 years
- v. Company profile showing experience in similar projects.
